Our Leadership Team
Our leadership team provides strategic direction, governance, and day-to-day management, ensuring that every child receives the highest quality of care.
CEO / Director
Mustapha Yinusa serves as the CEO / Director, providing strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight across the organisation. He is responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered in line with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and other relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. He works closely with the Responsible Individual and Registered Manager to promote a culture of safeguarding, continuous improvement, and high-quality, child-centred care.
Responsible Individual
Angele Taku serves as the Responsible Individual, providing strategic oversight and governance for the children’s home on behalf of the registered provider. She ensures the home operates in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, monitors the quality and safety of care, supports the Registered Manager, and promotes continuous improvement to ensure young people receive safe, effective, and child-centred care.
Registered Manager
Dora Ebenye Ekiko is the Registered Manager and has overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the children’s home. She leads the staff team, ensures high-quality, child-centred care is delivered, promotes safeguarding and positive outcomes for young people, maintains compliance with regulatory requirements, and fosters a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children can thrive. Dora works closely with the Responsible Individual and CEO to ensure that organisational development, quality assurance, financial sustainability, workforce development, and service performance are maintained to the highest standards, ensuring that both the residential children’s home and supported accommodation services operate effectively and consistently achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
Support Team & Care Staff
The Deputy Manager, Team Leader, Senior Support Workers, Support Workers, and Night Support Workers work together to deliver high-quality, hands-on care, provide day-to-day leadership and guidance, promote independence, and ensure young people feel safe, supported, and cared for at all times, including throughout the night.
Our care staff are the heart of our service. They build meaningful, trusting relationships with the children and young people, supporting them through daily routines, educational activities, therapeutic interventions, and moments of celebration. Every staff member is trained in trauma-informed practice and our TIRBT framework.

Beyond our leadership and care teams, a dedicated group of professionals works tirelessly to support every aspect of our children’s care, development, and wellbeing.
HR & Quality Assurance
The HR & Quality Assurance Team oversees safe recruitment, staff induction, workforce development, and ongoing compliance with employment legislation and regulatory standards. They manage mandatory training programmes and lead quality assurance activities through audits, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Administrator
The Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the children’s home. They maintain accurate records, manage confidential documentation, coordinate meetings and appointments, and facilitate effective communication between the management team, staff, young people, families, and external professionals.
External Professionals
Regulation 44 Visitor — Mariam Phantey, together with therapists, counsellors, and other specialists, provides independent oversight and specialist support to enhance the quality of care. The Regulation 44 Visitor undertakes monthly independent visits to monitor the home’s safeguarding arrangements, care practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements, while therapists, counsellors, and other professionals are engaged on a case-by-case basis to provide services such as mental health support, life skills development, and behavioural interventions.
