How do I make a referral?
Referrals can be made by local authorities, families, or professionals. Contact our placements team on 0121 456 7890 or email placements@manillasupport.co.uk to discuss needs and availability.
What areas do you cover?
We currently operate across the Midlands region, including Birmingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Stoke-on-Trent, Lichfield, and Derby.
How quickly can a placement be arranged?
We aim to respond to all referral enquiries within 24 hours. Emergency placements can sometimes be arranged within 48-72 hours, subject to assessment and availability.
What training do your staff receive?
All staff complete a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing training including safeguarding, first aid, positive behaviour support, and specialist qualifications relevant to their role.
